Registration for the 2025 International Partnering Forum (IPF) is open!  Join us April 28-May 1 in Virginia Beach.

Registration for 2025 IPF gives you access to workshops, programming, focused summits, business matching services, startup support, networking opportunities, and social gatherings. Join us in Virginia Beach for a week-long event that brings together key stakeholders from across the global offshore wind industry to drive innovation, collaboration, and solutions. Will you be there?

Registration also includes breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks. Notes: Yoga, Fun Run, Ocean Renewables Summit, and Workforce Summit are included with your registration fee but you must select the event when registering for IPF. The Ventus Gala, Central Atlantic Supplier Day, and tours are an additional fee.

Accommodations & Accessibility

Oceantic Network will ensure that all participants can fully engage and benefit from 2025 IPF. Accessibility, accommodation, and/or ASL interpretation services will be available upon request to facilitate attendee needs. To notify us of accessibility needs or request accommodations and/or ASL interpretation services for 2025 IPF, taking place April 28-May 1, 2025, fill out the Contact Us form. Oceantic Network strives to execute successful and inclusive events. We look forward to welcoming you as an attendee!

ASL Interpretation: If requested, Oceantic Network will provide qualified ASL interpreters for the duration of the event to assist participants who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

Wheelchair Access and Transportation Services: Accessible transport options are available for getting to and from the Virginia Beach Convention Center. A shuttle service is provided for attendees staying in the IPF hotel room block. Oceantic Network will provide wheelchair accessible shuttles for attendees requesting transportation from their hotel upon request two weeks prior to the conference.

Accessible Seating: In partnership with our event venue, Oceantic Network will ensure that there are accessible travel paths and seating available for attendees who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids.

Event Materials: If possible, Oceantic Network will provide event materials in accessible formats such as large print or digital formats that are compatible with screen readers.

Changes, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Attendee refunds will be processed on a sliding scale according to how close to the event cancellation is requested as detailed below. A cancellation refund is calculated based on the date we receive your request.

Members:

  • 14 days or more prior to the event: 100% refund
  • 14 days or less prior to the event: free registrant swap, no refund


Non-members:

  • 45 days or more prior to the event: 100% refund (less a 15% service fee)
  • 44 days or less prior to the event: 50% refund (less a 15% service fee)
  • 14 days or less prior to the event: no refund

 

Oceantic Network shall consider issuing a full refund to any member or non-member attendee who tests positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of the event and provides documentation of such positive test.
