FAQs
- What is included in the exhibit booth space?
Inline and perimeter booths include back and side drapes as well as a 7” x 44” ID sign that includes your exhibitor’s name and booth number. For each 100 square feet of space you book, you will receive two complimentary registration passes.
- Am I required to carpet the exhibit booth space?
New for 2025 IPF: we will not provide aisle carpet, but floor covering will not be required in your exhibit booth space.
- How do I obtain my complimentary registration passes I receive with my exhibit booth space?
Complimentary registration passes will be sent from [email protected]. You must have a signed contract and pay for your exhibit booth in full to receive your passes.
- As an exhibitor, what is included with the IPF registration pass?
Your exhibit both includes two registration passes for 2025 IPF, which grants you access to:
- Exhibit Hall
- Opening Plenary
- All workshops and programming
- Daily networking breakfasts and luncheons
- Daily networking receptions in the Exhibit Hall
- Daily networking in the coffee lounge
- Evening receptions
- Access to WindMatch(TM) networking appointments
