For your convenience, Oceantic Network has secured a block of rooms at the following ten hotels near the Virginia Beach Convention Center, host site for the 2025 International Partnering Forum (IPF). Oceantic Network will provide a complimentary shuttle service (view map) between the following approved hotels and the Convention Center throughout IPF week (April 28-May 1, 2025) (see details below).
Key Bookings Housing Services is the official housing provider for all 2025 IPF hotel reservations. If you are contacted by a third- party hotel booking company, do NOT respond. These are potential scammers or poachers.
Booking your room through Key Bookings ensures:
- Guaranteed access to shuttle service to and from the Convention Center
- Proximity to fellow IPF attendees – make sure you have networking access throughout the week!
