Critical Dates

  • Workshop submissions close: November 1, 2024
  • Accepted authors will be notified by: Mid-December 2024
  • Accepted authors must confirm their intent by: January 10, 2025

Workshop Objectives

The strongest submissions will reflect a company or organization’s expertise and demonstrate collaboration with industry and government partners. Workshop proposals should demonstrate a diverse speaker representation that contributes to the growth and success of the global offshore wind and ocean renewables industries.

For 2025 IPF, Oceantic Network is seeking workshops that: 

  • Recount a real-world industry project or experience as a case study that includes observations, results, key findings, and lessons for the future.
  • Advance critical industry conversations by convening key government leaders and/or C-suite executives.
  • Propose new and proven solutions, strategies, and technology for resolving established industry challenges.
  • Introduce emerging industry topics, new-to-industry technology, cutting-edge research, or other innovative and forward-looking information.
  • Present valuable industry data, trends, market analysis, or insights. (If you are interested in partnering with Oceantic to make your proprietary research available exclusively to IPF attendees, email: [email protected])
