FAQ's

• What is included in my booth space?

  Inline and perimeter booths include back and side drapes as well as a 7”x 44” ID sign that includes your exhibitor name and booth number. For each 100 sq ft of space you book, you will receive one complimenary registration pass.

• Does my booth come with electricity?

  No, the booth does not come with electricity. To order electrical services, please visit the online ordering system to place your order.

• Am I required to carpet my exhibit space?

  Yes, carpet or suitable floor covering is required for all booth space.

• How do I get my complimentary registration pass I received with my booth space?

  Complimentary registration passes  will be sent out on a weekly basis from [email protected]. You must have a signed contract in order to receive your pass(s).

• As an exhibitor, what is included with each IPF registration pass?

  Your exhibit booth includes one registration for 2024 IPF, which grants you access to:

  – Exhibit Hall
  – Opening Plenary
  – All workshops
  – Daily networking breakfasts and luncheons
  – Daily networking receptions in the Exhibit Hall
  – Daily networking in the coffee lounge/ during coffee breaks
  – Evening receptions
  – Access to WindMatch™ appointments

  Your registration fee also supports the work of the Oceantic Network (formerly the Business Network for Offshore Wind). As a nonprofit organization, the Network partners with industry and government to build an innovative supply chain that will create and sustain jobs, benefiting local economies and ensuring a cost-effective clean energy portfolio.
