Andy is a business representative for Millwrights Local 1121 and the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters. Over the past 4 years Andy has been the point person for the Millwrights Local for the planning, training, and development of the membership and the liaison with the owners/ contractors for both the Vineyard Wind 1 and Revolution Wind Projects. Andy has been instrumental in the workforce development, planning and implementing of these offshore wind projects and their success.

As the Geoscience Manager at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, she has significantly reduced development schedules, enhanced regulatory reviews, and built trust among stakeholders. She’s tackling big challenges holistically to advance our national goal of deploying 30 GW of offshore wind energy by 2030.

Michael’s extensive background in military and civilian aviation operations laid the groundwork for developing an organization capable of addressing the unique challenges of U.S. offshore wind projects.
