Andy is a business representative for Millwrights Local 1121 and the North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters. Over the past 4 years Andy has been the point person for the Millwrights Local for the planning, training, and development of the membership and the liaison with the owners/ contractors for both the Vineyard Wind 1 and Revolution Wind Projects. Andy has been instrumental in the workforce development, planning and implementing of these offshore wind projects and their success.

Deanne Hargrave is a geoscience expert, leveraging decades of offshore energy experience to establish new benchmarks for efficiency, collaboration, and transparency in offshore wind site assessment. As the Geoscience Manager at Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, she has significantly reduced development schedules, enhanced regulatory reviews, and built trust among stakeholders. She’s tackling big challenges holistically to advance our national goal of deploying 30 GW of offshore wind energy by 2030.

Michael Tosi, HeliService USA
HeliService USA, veteran owned and founded by Michael Tosi, is an offshore helicopter service provider focused on providing efficient, quick and safe logistical solutions for the wind energy sector. Michael’s extensive background in military and civilian aviation operations laid the groundwork for developing an organization capable of addressing the unique challenges of U.S. offshore wind projects.
