Oceantic Network has conjured up something special for early 2026 International Partnering Forum (IPF) registrants. Register and book your hotel within the official Oceantic Network room block at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel by midnight on Halloween— and you’ll be automatically entered for a chance to win a free hotel stay during IPF 2026, February 9–12 in New York.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To qualify for entry, participants must (1) hold a paid registration for the 2026 International Partnering Forum (IPF) and (2) book their hotel room within the official Oceantic Network room block at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel by October 31, 2025 (11:59 PM ET). Each eligible registration and hotel booking combination constitutes one (1) entry. Bookings made outside the official room block or outside the promotion window are not eligible.One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive up to four (4) complimentary nights at the Sheraton New York Times Square during the 2026 IPF conference dates. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or substituted. Winner will be notified by email by November 8, 2025. Open to attendees age 18 or older, worldwide, except where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Oceantic Network are not eligible. By entering, participants agree to these official rules and consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
