Luke Jeanfreau joined the Network in January 2023 as a communications associate. In this role he leads efforts on the Offshore Wind Insider, the Network’s weekly newsletter, and plays a key role in both media relations and speaking engagements.
Prior to joining the Network, Luke worked as a press assistant in the office of Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards. There, he gained experience with newsletter production and media relations. Before that, he worked in the marketing department at Neighbors Federal Credit Union, a Baton Rouge nonprofit financial institution.
Luke received a B.A. in mass communication and an M.A. in public administration from Louisiana State University, where he served as an editor at the college newspaper.
Luke currently lives in his hometown of New Orleans, where he enjoys exploring the city with friends and attending the many great festivals it has to offer.
