Exhibitor Rates
Both rates include two registrations to 2027 IPF.

| Non-Member Rate | $4,895 |
A 50% deposit is due by October 15, 2026, to secure your booth.
Due to space constraints at the hotel, double booths are available only to IPF sponsors.
Included in Your Booth
Each exhibitor will receive:
- One 8′ x 10′ exhibit booth
- One 6ft table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- Two registrations to 2027 IPF

Explore the 2027 IPF exhibit hall layout and confirm your booth placement. Booth locations are subject to availability and final approval.
PLEASE NOTE: There will not be a General Service Contractor (GSC) for the 2027 IPF Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors are responsible for coordinating any electrical service, furnishings, shipping, material handling, and other booth services directly through the hotel’s designated service providers.
