IPF 2025 was the rare conference where session notes turned into action items and networking events turned into contacts and partnerships.
Accommodations & Accessibility
Oceantic Network will ensure that all participants can fully engage and benefit from 2026 IPF. ASL Interpretation: If requested, Oceantic Network will provide qualified ASL interpreters for the duration of the event to assist participants who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

Changes, Cancellations, & Refund Policy
Please contact [email protected] to initiate your cancellation and refund.Attendee refunds will be processed on a sliding scale according to how close to the event cancellation is requested as illustrated in the table below. Cancellation refund is calculated based on the date we receive your request at [email protected]
Members
- On or before 1/9/2026: Full Refund (less a 6% transaction fee)
- On or after 1/10/2026: Registrant Swap, No Refund
Non-Members
- On or before 12/19/2025: 100% Refund (less a 6% transaction fee)
- On or before 1/9/2026: 50% Refund (less a 6% transaction fee)
- On or after 1/10/2026: Registrant Swap, No Refund
