Complimentary press registration is intended for working journalists covering the offshore wind industry.
Who can receive complimentary passes to 2026 IPF?
Complimentary registration is available to credentialed journalists working for independent news outlets.
Sales, marketing, analysts, consultants, and brand content producers are not eligible.
How do I request press credentials?
Register using the press registration form. You will receive an automated confirmation, and the media relations
team will review credentials within one week.
How can bloggers register?
Blogger registration is handled by Oceantic’s communications team. Bloggers must demonstrate consistent editorial
publishing and journalistic affiliation.
What is the next step after receiving press credentials?
One week prior to IPF, credentialed media will receive an electronic press kit with conference details.
Is a press room available?
While there is no dedicated press room, there are several seating areas, including a networking lounge,
available throughout the event space and hotel.
What restrictions apply to video, photography, and interviews?
Recording sessions without approval is prohibited. Check with the media relations team for all filming and interview permissions.
What do I do once I arrive onsite?
Pick up your press badge at the Registration desk with photo ID. Press credentials are required for session access.
