Margot joined the Oceantic Network as Membership Engagement Manager in 2026. She serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of member organizations, driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention through outreach and strategic programs. Additionally, she oversee membership administration and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the overall member lifecycle.
Margot has a diverse set of past experience, ranging from environmental education, human rights advocacy, and political organizing to customer service and customer relations. She enjoys working across an organization to solve member and customer enquiries. With an academic background in political science and environmental issues, she strongly believe that renewables are the way forward.
Margot holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with minors in Environmental Studies and Anthropology, from the University of Vermont. She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Policy with a concentration in Economic and Racial Equity from Brandeis University.
In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding and going on hikes with her dog. If the weather is not ideal, you’ll often find her curled up inside with a book and a coffee.
