Jacqueline Baldini joined the Network in 2022 as the Senior Director of Education & Training. In this role she manages the Network’s education strategy and oversees training operations for organizations, businesses, and individuals interested in learning more about the U.S. offshore wind industry and its supply chain. Additionally, she heads up the Internship Program, ushering in a talented and capable new workforce for offshore wind.
For more than a decade, Jacqueline has developed curricula, implemented programming in multiple locations, attended certification courses in education and management, and assisted a startup to exponential growth.
Jacqueline earned a B.S. Summa Cum Laude in Environmental Science and Policy with a concentration in Land Use from University of Maryland, College Park, fostering a lifelong passion for responsible and sustainable development.
Jacqueline has lived in six US states and traveled to nearly all 50 states. Her passion for exploring allows her to visit friends and family while indulging in her favorite activities: live music, art museums, and parks.
