Jacqueline Baldini is the Director of Operational Strategy & Mission Delivery at Oceantic Network, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance internal efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and organizational performance. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit operations and strategic project management, Jacqueline serves as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, ensuring that mission-driven goals are translated into actionable outcomes. She thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and is passionate about building infrastructure that enables high performance and accountability.
Jacqueline’s career has centered on advancing workforce development and operational excellence in the nonprofit sector. In her previous role as Senior Director of Education and Training at Oceantic, she designed and scaled training programs, built strategic partnerships, and led cross-functional teams to support inclusive career pathways in emerging industries. Her work has directly supported the growth of the offshore wind and marine renewables sectors by aligning curricula with industry needs and fostering collaboration across developers, educators, and community leaders. She led the organization’s successful IACET accreditation effort, awarded in 2025, establishing rigorous standards for continuing education and training. Jacqueline also implemented systems for performance tracking, organizational planning, and process improvement—skills she now applies to strengthen the organization’s internal operations and mission delivery.
Jacqueline earned a B.S. Summa Cum Laude in Environmental Science and Policy with a concentration in Land Use from University of Maryland, College Park, fostering a lifelong passion for responsible and sustainable development. She is deeply interested in organizational design, workforce equity, and the use of technology to drive mission impact. Her academic background informs her strategic approach to building resilient systems that support clean energy and economic growth.
Jacqueline has lived in six U.S. states and traveled to nearly all 50. Her passion for exploring allows her to visit friends and family while indulging in her favorite activities: live music, art museums, and parks.
