The theme acknowledges recent headwinds — from policy delays to cost surges — but channels them into bold, actionable strategies grounded in regional collaboration, cost innovation, and energy security.

This year’s conference will be held exclusively in person.

We’re excited to bring attendees together for face-to-face networking, hands-on sessions, and live experiences that can’t be replicated online. While we understand this may not be ideal for everyone, we hope to see you at the venue and appreciate your understanding.

There is no formal dress code for IPF — we want you to feel comfortable!

That said, we encourage business casual attire as a general guideline, especially for Current Connections Meetings, networking events, and sessions.

*Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.75% and $3.50 per room, per night occupancy tax.

Yes, on-site parking is available for a fee of $85.00 daily at 140-166 W 53rd Street and W 52nd Street. All rates are subject to change.
