General Information
The International Partnering Forum (IPF) is hosted by Oceantic Network, an educational non-profit organization that helps companies succeed in the marine renewable energy industry by advancing the market and building a robust local supply chain.
IPF 2026 will take place Monday, February 9 – Thursday, February 12, 2026.
IPF 2026 will take place in New York City at The Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel.
Reimagine. Renew. Reignite.
This phrase captures the need for America’s offshore wind industry to reimagine how it aligns with new market realities by renewing a durable offshore wind model rooted in lessons learned, and reigniting an actionable, forward-looking strategy to deliver jobs and energy security.
The theme acknowledges recent headwinds — from policy delays to cost surges — but channels them into bold, actionable strategies grounded in regional collaboration, cost innovation, and energy security.
This year’s conference will be held exclusively in person.
We’re excited to bring attendees together for face-to-face networking, hands-on sessions, and live experiences that can’t be replicated online. While we understand this may not be ideal for everyone, we hope to see you at the venue and appreciate your understanding.
There is no formal dress code for IPF — we want you to feel comfortable!
That said, we encourage business casual attire as a general guideline, especially for Current Connections Meetings, networking events, and sessions.
