- Data Frequency: OSW developments are entered daily. They are sourced from all staff through our work interacting with the industry on a daily basis. We also have a full-time employee in charge of managing the Market Dashboard and entering updates from various sources.
- Data Reliability: All data is linked to a public source if possible, or we have received permission directly from the source to publish the data. We have also put in place a six-month internal audit to test our data and validation processes.
