Attendee refunds will be processed on a sliding scale according to how close to the event cancellation is requested as illustrated in the table below. Cancellation refund is calculated based on the date we receive your request at [email protected]
Members:
- On or before 1/9/2026: Full Refund (less a 6% transaction fee)
- On or after 1/10/2026: Registrant Swap, No Refund
Non-members:
- On or before 12/19/2025: 100% Refund (less a 6% transaction fee)
- On or before 1/9/2026: 50% Refund (less a 6% transaction fee)
- On or after 1/10/2026: Registrant Swap, No Refund
