Attendee refunds will be processed on a sliding scale according to how close to the event cancellation is requested as detailed below. A cancellation refund is calculated based on the date we receive your request.
Oceantic Network shall consider issuing a full refund to any member or non-member attendee who tests positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of the event and provides documentation of such positive test.
Members:
- 14 days or more prior to the event: 100% refund
- 14 days or less prior to the event: free registrant swap, no refund
Non-members:
- 45 days or more prior to the event: 100% refund (less a 15% service fee)
- 44 days or less prior to the event: 50% refund (less a 15% service fee)
- 14 days or less prior to the event: no refund
